Q:
This is my first trip to China, which tour do you think I should take?
A:
There are two reasons when you make the choice, one is time
while the other one is your money. If you don't have so much time, the
tours of Golden Triangle and Yangtze River are the best, which covers
the most interesting places in China and need only about 10-20 days.
If you choose Golden Triangle Tour, you can visit Beijing, Xian, and
Shanghai and only need ten days. Yangtze River Tour is very attractive
one because of the Three Gorges of Yangtze River, where you can extremely
relax yourself while enjoying the picturesque natural sights and historical
relics, and you will find it quite worthwhile. If you prefer to spend
more money on your tour, you can stay at the most deluxe hotels (top
five star hotel ) , otherwise you can choose four star or three star
hotels. Of course, you will not lose what you like, the same travel
services with high quality.

Q:
I'll go to China with my wife and child, can we share one room?
A: Yes, you can.
We will arrange one extra bed in your room for your child, and you'll
charge it as an extra bed instead of a single room. If you don't need
the extra bed, no extra charge.

Q:
When is the best time to visit China?
A: Generally speaking,
April, May, September and October when the weather is the most comfortable.
However these are the peak tourist months at the highest tour price.
If you are a budget-minded traveler, you can choose other months for
lower prices. Prices always drop a bit in the shoulder season, which

Q: What to pack for my trip to China?
A: We strongly suggest
you PACK LIGHT and bring casual clothes. Laundry service is available
in most hotels with reasonable charges. Plastic bags are convenient
for separating laundry or wet clothes in suitcases. To dress for comfort
is much more important than anything else during your trip. Here is
the checklist:
|
A pair of sturdy, comfortable
walking shoes. |
|
A sports jacket and
tie for men, and one or two dresses or pantsuits for women, will suit
the most formal occasions while in China (especially on a Yangtze
River Cruise). |
|
Sweaters, shirts and
jackets that can be layered to suit a range of climates. |
|
A lightweight raincoat. |
|
Warm woolen clothing,
down overcoat, hat and gloves are recommended if you travel in winter
season. Cottons are the best in summer time. |
|
Electrical converter
and adapter plugs. China's electrical system operates at 220 volts. |
|
Hair dryer, razor,
alarm clock. |
|
Common toiletries,
pocket--size tissue, lip balm, sun--tan lotion and sun glasses. |
|
Camera, films and extra
batteries. Negatives with regular speed are available in most places,
slides can be difficult to find. |
|
Reading materials,
including a guidebook about the places you will visit. |
|
A notebook to log your
travel journals. |

Q:
What is the baggage allowance?
A: Baggage allowance
differs from international and China domestic flights; and varies between
carriers. In general, transpacific flights allow two pieces of check-in
luggage per person. For China domestic flights, only one piece of check-in
luggage (no more than 44 pounds or 20 kg) is allowed. One standard carry-on
is allowed per person for both international and China domestic flights.
We recommend that you pack a duffel bag in your suitcase to use as an
additional piece of luggage for your return flight home. If you do travel
with more than one piece per person, a fee may be imposed for extra
piece of excessive weight. All baggage should be locked while traveling.

Q:
Suppose we really like a certain city and wanted to stay an extra day
and juggle the schedule in a minor way.
A: It's better
not to do so because we issue the air, train, and cruise tickets and
hotels in advance. Sometimes it is very difficult to reserve the new
tickets and the hotels especially at the peak tour seasons. As far as
we know, the hotels have different stars and costs. If you gave a sudden
change of the schedule, we should rearrange your unfinished itinerary,
the loss of transportation and the hotel or the difference could happen.
All these occurred are your responsibility.

Q: Suppose one of my children is too tired or become
sick on the trip and prefer to stay behind in the hotel to rest and
not go on the sightseeing tours.
A: If
it happened, we would revise the services for you according to your
requests, and do our best to retrieve a loss of the trip and reimburse
you; but if extra costs occur due to the itinerary revision, you should
cover the costs. Do not be nervous and worry about your trip in China.
We will pay great attention to your tour throughout. All of our English-speaking
guides and drivers are extremely friendly helpful and considerable.
